Azure Data Engineer

Your job in one paragraph

Okay: 2 paragraphs.... then again, there's a lot to do and discover. As an Azure Data Engineer you play an important role in developing cloud-based architecture to analyze and process data according to the needs of our customers. You will also help set up data platform technologies that manage and secure the flow of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, as well as build jobs to move data from different sources to Azure Data Lake Storage, including across different layers in Azure. Since you will be visiting different customers, your work may differ slightly per project, but you will mainly be concerned with developing and maintaining an optimal data pipeline and architecture.

Of course, you retrieve, transform, validate and clean data to meet functional and non-functional business requirements. Developing reusable, maintainable, scalable integrations/services using an advanced hybrid Cloud infrastructure is not new to you. You deploy models into production and maintain a continuous integration pipeline, including monitoring and optimizing system performance and costs. As you know, Azure is a rapidly changing world, so you learn and stay up to date with the latest tools and services in the Azure ecosystem. We support this with virtually unlimited training, including certifications.
