The team is responsible for providing commercial and contract management support for all business undertaken from Capgemini in the Netherlands and you will be in a key position to support the continued growth of our business. You will be providing expert and pragmatic commercial support to our teams and working with our clients to contract new or extended business.
Working with a variety of stakeholders such as Engagement Managers, Account Managers, Sales Managers, Solution Architects, Legal Counsels, and Finance Controllers, the Commercial Contract Manager will help ensure that risks and commercial best practices are considered throughout the sales cycle and applied end-to-end during the service delivery. The Commercial Contract Manager will be responsible for promoting commercial best practices throughout the life of a client engagement to drive value for our clients and Capgemini. You will be the CCM for key accounts facilitating both the sales and delivery management regarding commercial contract matters. You will be supporting for reviewing Capgemini’s compliance with the contract, providing advice on commercial and contractual matters to the account, sales and delivery teams and applying our commercial best practice in the accounts as agreed with the Account Team.
