Driving the digital transformation of Fortune 500 listed companies? Using MACH technologies you future-proof our clients by creating composable architectures. Flexible, scalable architectures in which customer experience takes centre stage. At Capgemini we are accelerating the development of composable architecture and you will get every opportunity to put your entrepreneurial skills to good use. Because, as a composable commerce architect, you will help us expand our European team and position Capgemini as the market leader in this field!
You engage with decision makers at C-level about their business needs from a strategic perspective. Discussing questions such as: how do we consolidate all the data flows to stay in control of customer experience? You convert our clients’ needs into the best combination of technological solutions, for which you make proposals. Managing your project teams, you instruct and coach them to build and continuously improve the solutions. You also conduct research to test and introduce new initiatives, as you are the though leader, enthusing and convincing your colleagues and clients. This is how you help clients transform to such architectures, add value for them and put Capgemini on the map.
Within the domain of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) you help build up the knowledge hub Composable, also drawing from your own network. The hub should grow to some thirty professionals next year, assisting clients throughout Europe. And of course your 6.000 DCX colleagues in Europe and India. How you get to know your colleagues? By participating in our knowledge sessions, pub quizzes and many other activities. But there’s more. Did you know that a personal counsellor will support you with your development? And we’re open to any suggestions you may have!

You thrive on working at the interface between business and technology. And you are no stranger to players like Commercetools, Amplience, Contentstack, Algolia and Fluent Commerce. As an enterprising professional, you take initiative and convince clients and colleagues of your solutions. Alternating between projects comes natural to you. As does coaching your high-performance teams based on agile methods to achieve exceptional results. To you, travelling is an incentive, as your clients and colleagues are based all over Europe.
