Your job in one paragraph

As a Sustainability Consultant, you naturally look at our ecosystem in a holistic way, but you mainly get energy from advising clients on specific sustainability issues. You are able to respond to the strategy of various organizations based on your specialist knowledge and to translate it into applications and solutions. You also support customer projects on various ESG themes or project teams that need specialist knowledge in the field of Sustainability in their consultancy or audit work. You work on challenging projects for (international) top clients that vary from research and implementation of Sustainable IT solutions to drawing up/executing Sustainability roadmaps. Think of designing optimal customer experience and journey by devising and implementing smart, impactful solutions. Or, solving (complex) sustainability challenges by designing the most efficient processes using the latest Green IT technology. You also contribute to the development of a proposition in the field of various Sustainability themes that play a role in the markets in which our customers operate. Last but not least, you play an active role in the development and positioning of our new Sustainability cluster, where you spot commercial opportunities and translate these into new assignments.

Your home base at Capgemini

You will work in the Business & Technology Services (BTS) practice with no fewer than 360 inspiring colleagues, based in the office in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn. BTS is divided into different clusters, of which the Sustainable Business cluster has just started. The practice or the cluster are not your only operating base. You also have "colleagues" at the client(s) where you work. Enough people to spar with. In this way you transfer your knowledge and skills and you learn from peers in your environment.

At Capgemini we look to develop you further, even if you already have a lot of experience. We challenge you. With complex issues, interesting sparring sessions and great collaborations with large (international) clients. We also offer you:

  • Challenging projects that you can sink your teeth into and that really matter to (international) top clients.
  • You will immediately receive a permanent contract with us.
  • We have your mobility covered with a either a (electric or hybrid) lease car, NS business card and/or (electric) company bicycle. Or opt for payment of your travel allowance.
  • A non-contributory pension, so that you can still remember Capgemini fondly in your old age.
  • Hybrid and flexible working throughout the Netherlands with our connectivity allowance, laptop and SIM card.
  • Get the future you want. From day one, you will have plenty of opportunities to pioneer and shape your career, including the opportunity to follow various training courses. We offer you boundless trust and peer support.
  • A well-filled suitcase with holiday money and enough time (26 days) to spend it.
  • Pleasant events and drinks with colleagues.
  • And of course a suitable salary. We would be happy to discuss this with you.

Why this job is a good fit for you?

You have already taken some great steps in your career. You are an enthusiastic and passionate professional in the field of Sustainability and you have one or more specializations. You take responsibility for your own career and development. You are able to respond to strategic and operational needs of various organizations based on your specialist knowledge. You are interested in and aware of developments, trends and regulations in the field of emissions. You are ready for a position in which you can pioneer and grow, have a social impact and get the best out of yourself.
