We see a rapid demand in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) at our clients and are just as fast growing our CDP team. Based on your experience with different CDP vendors you’re capable of writing proposal as well as participating (or even leading) in projects at our clients. Our CDP team is part of Capgemini Interactive, where we are responsible for all content management, marketing automation and CDP projects. We’re part of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) department, a fast-growing team of already 280 people. You get excited when working with the latest tools and from advising clients by providing them with the best solution, implementation roadmaps and helping them adopt the new platform.

Through your effective communication you are able to manage your stakeholders well. You are not afraid to stand in front of a group and voice your opinion on topics at hand while being respectful to others. You also have:

  • Working with different CDP tools, such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Bloomreach Engagement or Tealium.
  • Familiar with different aspects of Customer Experience (sales, service, marketing, commerce)
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Experience in working in, or leading, teams at clients
  • Well-developed consulting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. And we would encourage you to learn to speak Dutch, as you’ll be based in the Netherlands.
