Together with your Cap team, you give our clients insight into the structure of their organization. Together with colleagues, you are able to make visible what digitization is and what the consequences are for people, business processes and ICT. Even if the organization has embarked on the path to Agile or is undergoing transformation, it can make the right choices based on your architecture that fits in the Agile context. You do this by: promoting what the architecture of a digital world looks like and how the clients can make optimal use of it. mapping the information needs and facilities of the client and by translating these into IT solutions. improving the information provision. Thanks in part to innovations in the field of intelligence, security, digitization and robotic process automation (RPA). monitoring and guaranteeing the development process in accordance with architecture standards and security regulations. Being the point of contact for the development teams and directing the design of the solution. As a Senior, you also have the great challenge of helping colleagues in their growth and development by coaching them and sharing knowledge on the job, but also through knowledge sessions and during our practice meetings. 

Your home base at Capgemini

Together with about 360 colleagues you form the Business & Technology Services practice. Within BTS we know the three areas of expertise architecture, business analysis, transformation and project management. From BTS we serve the domains of government, retail and industry. Together we look at which domain suits you best. During an assignment you work in the client's team. These can be Capgemini colleagues, often these are team members who work for the client as an architect, scrum master, agile coach or developer. Enough people to spar with. We also regularly organize knowledge sessions, practice meetings, pub quizzes, 'talking in the square' about interesting public topics. You are most welcome at all our activities.   • A Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in a technical (IT) direction.
  • You are already based in the Netherlands.
  • A number of years experience as an (Enterprise) Architect.
  • You have a great interest in IT and architecture, also applied in an agile context. For example, you already have experience with (agile) start-up, enterprise or target architecture.
  • You have excellent English and Dutch communication skills, both verbally and in writing. In addition would be very impressive if you have B2 level Dutch.
  • In possession of an architecture (TOGAF, Archimate) and SAFe for Architects certification is an advantage.
