Capgemini has recently made a number of organizational changes around its Cloud related activities. The aim of these changes is to create clearly recognizable groups in all parts of the organization that are specifically geared to one of the 3 hyperscalers. We are talking about Google, Microsoft and AWS. In order to provide adequate steering across the various entities, a central Cloud Center of Excellence (Cloud CoE) has been set up with the aim of supporting (pre)sales activities and the start-up of projects with high-quality senior specialists. In addition, this group, together with our alliance managers, is responsible for the further development of relationships with the hyperscalers. The specialists in this group are not only part of the Dutch organization but will also participate in an international context and will work together with the specialists in the Cloud CoE's. As a Partner Development Executive Google (PDE) you will become part of the Google team within the central Cloud CoE and you will work closely with the Alliance Manager of Capgemini Netherlands. As a PDE, you are the “central midfielder” to coordinate all aspects of Google-related cloud opportunities during the (pre)sales and start-up phase of the various deals. You interact with the various delivery entities, but also with the more business-related units to shape the opportunity or project across the board. When developing these opportunities, you can make use of the specialists from the Cloud CoE or the various Google Delivery units. Together with the Google alliance manager, you will also maintain the relationship with Google to address the development of opportunities together with our sales organization. Your home base for developing and deploying your expertise is the Cloud CoE. Within the Cloud CoE you will find a combination of business development, strategy & policy and technology in an international context.
