Your job in one paragraph

Capgemini helps its B2B and B2B2C clients drive sales by having deep expertise of sales operations, the sales end to end journey and the needs of the modern buyer. We understand sales organizations need to adapt and develop the right strategy to enable sellers in the buyer’s journey. Our solutions are built on an integrated platform, enabled by our global partners Salesforce, Microsoft, Pega and SAP, creating great customer experiences. 

As CX sales consultant you execute the following activities:

  • Localizing the global CX sales portfolio into the NL-market
  • Focus on concrete offerings we can deliver with our key-partners
  • Sharing thought leadership across teams, clients, partners and social media
  • Presenting and positioning the CX portfolio into the business side of our clients
  • Spot opportunities and define a go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with the CX sales team
  • Working closely together with our key partners in order to create a healthy pipeline and convert larger sales opportunities
  • Building and managing a pipeline and reporting. 

Working at a consultancy firm does also mean that part-time utilization at our clients is expected to work on strategic assignments.

You are well versed in customer experience technology, and you can advise at senior level. You have knowledge of (Digital) Sales, CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, CPQ-platforms).

 In addition, we think of:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • At least 8+ year relevant working experience at a consultancy firm or digital agencies in the domain of CRM/sales
  • Experience with business-case based consulting across the value chain and transformational (sales) engagements with technology as a key enabler
  • Strategic thinker, but also practical hands-on experience at larger sales departments
  • Leadership in market making or market definition through client acquisition
  • Good understanding of Dutch and English
