You are one of the experts within a project team that fulfills the ambitions of the client. Because together with your client, you implement new solutions to improve their customer experience. Within the SAP domain you focus on sales, service, marketing and e-commerce. You will be very close to the business of your customers. Logical, because for them you are the ideal sparring partner. Someone who really thinks along and knows the end-to-end business process. What exactly does the client want to achieve? And what are the expectations of his customers? Are those expectations realistic? And can we perhaps even exceed them? You then develop the sustainable solutions together with product owners, business users and your colleagues. You also give presentations and workshops, for example to get a razor-sharp picture of requirements or to explain new releases. In the Digital Customer Experience team, we and some 250 professionals help our customers in their transformation to a digital enterprise. And we guide them through the entire change process. With us, everyone is ready to help each other and learn from each other. You will be working in the SAP CX team, consisting of SAP consultants, from trainees to senior architects. A very dynamic team with a nice mix of men and women of different nationalities. The atmosphere with us? Open, informal, driven and collaborative. And not only during working hours.
