 Your tasks: 

  • Ensure relationship management between the CISO Office and our account teams; 
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams for the implementation, organization and further development of the security building blocks; 
  • Drawing up frameworks and guidelines for the use of security within the area of responsibility and in line with Capgemini’s CISO Office security concept.

Why this job is a good fit for you?

  • Bachelor or Master degree, technical studies preferred; 
  • 6+ years of relevant experience within cybersecurity preferably combined with a CISM, CISSP or COMPTIA S+ certification; 
  • Knowledge of risk Management: cybersecurity threat landscape, vulnerability assessment and risk assessment;  
  • Knowledge of the ISO27001 & ISO27002 requirements, guidelines and controls for Information Security Management System (ISMS); 
  • Creating, maintaining and reviewing security governance: policies, procedures, standards & guidelines (including technical baselines); 
  • Ability to advise on and monitor the implementation of controls; 
  • ITIL – understanding of the management process for handling of incidents, problems and changes; 
  • Advising clients on risks and mitigation; 
  • Advising account teams on control implementation (risk mitigation) and incidents, problems and changes; 
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, specifically cloud security, SOC/SIEM and identity and access management; 
  • Ability to prepare customer specific reports; 
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Dutch a strong preference; 
  • Project Management -, interviewing - and liaison skills;  
  • Compile and give presentations (PowerPoint) at meetings/work sessions.
