Senior Consultant Compliance Strategy & Transformation

As a Senior Consultant in Compliance Strategy & Transformation, you will offer value by supporting our clients’ business transformations and compliance strategies in fields such as Sustainable Finance. You will provide value in areas such as project management and process and governance design and leverage your extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance management and corporate transformation.

In short: 

• You will support our clients in defining the long-term business value of regulatory frameworks, executing requirements assessments operationalizing regulatory requirements and developing t targeted implementation plans. 
• To aid in the implementation of new regulations (e.g., Sustainable Finance), you will develop regulatory roadmaps, revise current policies and procedures, and establish compliance monitoring schemes to guarantee continuous conformity.
• Lead Agile workstreams/projects at the client and within Capgemini Invent.

You possess strong analytical and communicative skills. You do everything to realize sustainable and effective results for our clients, actively collaborating with your team. You analyze information and data while actively managing stakeholders, leading to new insights and solutions for complex problems. You are a quick learner and focus on development.

In addition, you have:

• A completed Master's degree, preferably in the field of Law, Economics or Policies and Governance.
• A background in regulatory transformation, project management, process improvement or process design. Commercial skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of regulations within Sustainable Finance, MiFID and AML.
• At least three years of relevant work experience, such as in a consultancy or a renowned financial institution.
• Fluency in English and residency in the Netherlands.
